Why Sell Now?
In the last few weeks I have been asked several times why I say "Now is the right time to sell".
For me this is an easy questions to answer as there are so mane great reasons to sell you property now rather than waiting till the fall or even next year.
Here are my top reasons.
1. we are experiencing a bounce in prices following last years sluggish real estate market
2. there is a shortage of good real estate for buyers, get ahead of the market by listing before everyone else in Spring and you should capitalize on this.
3. cut out the added expense of HST which is due to hit us all in July this year, you could save yourself thousands in related costs by selling now
4. if your planning on selling a new home and purchasing a new one then timing is everything, if you list now you will still be able to miss out all of the extra costs of HST on selling AND purchasing your new dream home
5. why wait till the market gets cold again. I have no reason to believe we will see anything other than a strong market all year, however you never know what may happen, why risk it?
